The food at this place is decent, especially the breads which remind me of Peruvian cuisine back home. However, the overall experience is affected by the people that take the orders. Specially a woman who has a consistently bad attitude and rarely smiles or says thank you. Additionally, the food takes a long time to be served, even when the place is not busy. I have regretted going there during my lunch break or on my way to work because of the slow service. Not only that, the prices are quite high, and even a simple order of 8 breads and a few other items can easily cost over $40. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for this bakery. It's a shame that the customer service is lacking, and I hope a rival Peruvian bakery opens in the area to improve the overall service. Due to my experiences with the service, I rarely go there anymore.
