El Toro Gourmet Meats, is family owned and operated by Owner Bob Bacca and his son Bobby. The brand “El Toro Meats” has been around since 1978. Bob took ownership in 1992, & he and Bobby have been proudly serving the Saddleback Valley ever since. They take pride in making sure their meat, poultry, and seafood is the highest quality. Many have said, it’s the best in Orange County! Along the way, & listening to the needs of their loyal customer base, they added a gourmet coffee line, fine wines from Napa and Sonoma Counties, and a vast selection of local Craft Beers. They also carry many exotic meats such as buffalo, venison, foie gras, duck, rabbit, quail & many more. There is also a fruit and vegetable section, and isles of gourmet goodies.
