This is a heavy weight contender! Hailing from Juarez mexicoooo! It hits with a scrambled egg, papas, cheese, Chile, and a bacon that's smoked spiced and cut extra thick that is oh so good. We wrap it in fluffy tortilla it's enough to make you wobble at the knees. For a knock out punch, smother it in our signature chile and cheese for the perfect one two punch.

Shredded brisket sautéed with onions tomatoes and jalapeños with a blend of spices on the grill. Then placed in a corn tortilla fried on the grill, to harden very slightly then filled with guacamole lettuce and cheese, and served with beans and rice on the side. One of our signature dishes and what we are very well know for. Menudo not just for the crudo anymore especially when it tastes this good. This is a favorite not only of our customers but also from our staff. A shredded brisket taco fried with onions jalapeños, and tomatoes. We then add some creamy guacamole inside of the freshly fried taco and garnish it with lettuce and cheese, we place a crispy rolled shredded beef flauta and cover them in guacamole last but not least a guacamole tostada topped with lettuce and cheese served with beans and rice. Not to much not too little this plate is just right.

For those who don't want meat this plate is delicious and filling. We start with a long green chile stuff it with mozzarella cheese and prepare our own egg batter and lightly fry it like grandma did, smother it in green chile then we add a rolled red chile cheese enchilada to give a nice contrast add a crispy bean tostada topped with lettuce and cheese and of course beans, rice, and tortilla grandma made a plate that brings them pouring through the door because we all know grandma knows best. Vegetarian.

We start with beans then add our ground beef top that with Carne adovada smother it in green chile but we aren't done yet we top it with guacamole add lettuce and cover the rest in shredded cheese.
