The Double Shrimp Tostada Salad is so good.

Very poor customer service. Very rude staff, very unprofessional can't admit when they give the wrong order or when they didn't give your item in your bag and continued to say they did but my item wasn't in the bag, but i was charged for it. They can't admit they made a mistake. Very bad customer service !! Never go back there again.

Instead of spending over $35 today, we only spent 6 dollars. their app said that I have to order thru the phone for a discount but their employees there did not show us how to pick the right items. Their application do not offer the same deal as in store. I wonder why??

The Customer Service is horrible! The staff (mainly females) all have the worst attitudes, & NEVER listen long enough to hear what you actually ordered & just give you whatever they feel like making. I hate this place. Whoever owns it either has the same attitude or doesn’t care about how customers are treated. The last 3 times I’ve been here my order has been wrong. The staff is trash.

This Pollo Loco is my fav location. The manager or person in charge was on top of everything. Food was really good!

Food was okay, service was horrible. They are super understaffed and stressed, and won't even come to the register anymore because they have those touch screen monitors to order. Those are not convenient for everyone. The day I went there was many people before me that were complaining of being there for over an hr waiting for their food. Happy I didn't wait that long. Most likely not returning to this pollo loco. We'll find another one from now on.
