Took off a point since our food didn't come out piping hot and took a long time. It was still delicious

I am very sad to write this review as we have always loved el maya since it open by after my experience tonight I will not be returning. I placed a to go ordered and ordered the same thing I have for years which is a chicken and cheese qusadilla. I know it comes with refried beans so I said no refried beans in it. I also ordered ground beef nachos. When I got home to eat it, of course it had refried beans. As I call the store back to ask for a new one, my husband notices the ground beef was not all the way cooked. When I get back to the restaurant the managers tells me I am wrong and that it is supposed to look like that. I mentioned I have ordered it every time I come and it has never looked like this(I wish I got a photo before I gave it back). He mentioned they could redo it with chicken and I declined and said I wanted that but with the ground beef cooked. When my order was brought back out to my surprise I was not remade the nachos and refunded the money. I appreciate you refunding my money but I wanted those nachos. I know what cooked meat looks like and it was not that. Please make sure to check your meat before eating it.

This trip was for (Sunday afternoon) lunch with a friend. Lunch enchiladas, chicken fajitas and steak fajitas. Everything was great.
