A ciabatta bun filled with barbacoa beef, a Guadalajara Jalisco style beef barbacue. Barbacoa beef is soaked in it's own juices guajillo, ancho chili sauce and special spices that give it that delicious traditional flavor. Topped with lettuce, Pico de Gallo, shredded cheese and barbacoa sauce.
