El Boriquen

We started El Borinquen Food Truck with the goal of bringing delicious high quality foods to the streets of our city. Our passion for cooking and serving others is what drives us every day. Some of the dishes you can expect to find on the menu include arroz con gandules (rice with pigeon peas), arroz blanco y habichuelas (white rice w. beans), mofongo (mashed plantains with garlic and pork cracklings),frituras (fried fritters) and tostones (fried green plantains). These dishes are just a few examples of the amazing flavors and textures that Puerto Rican cuisine has to offer.
