El Arriero is inspired by a farmer from Mexico who transports goods from town to town using his trusted mule. When an Arriero comes home after a long day herding cattle and carrying food and other products, a fresh and hearty dinner is the best ending to the day! We bring to Wilmington some of the most traditional Mexican cuisine, with our classic Mexican plates, desserts, hand made tortillas and our traditional Salsa Bar.
