El Arriero is inspired by a farmer from Mexico who transports goods from town to town using his trusted mule. When an Arriero comes home after a long day herding cattle and carrying food and other products, a fresh and hearty dinner is the best ending to the day! We are locals and part of the Ibarra restaurant group!
