Einstein Bros. Bagels

Ordered a bagel box & asked for 12. She said add one more to make 13. So I added a Jalapeno Cheddar, which was an extra .80 cents. Drove all the way home... to Forestburg from Denton and guess what?? NO J/C bagel!! Of course I dont have my receipt either. Einstein... I hope you make this right when I come thru the drive thru on Wednesday (my only trip back to Denton until May 7th. Cafe is freezing cold.

Saddest excuse for a sandwich. Can tell the staff doesn't care about what they're doing. Everything blobbed in the center and quality not very good either. It's such a simple task you would hope people would care enough about it to put some effort in it.

Ordered a simple meal, they even talked to us about the meal at the window, confirming the bagel we want and everything. And then gave us a totally different order like a minute later which we didn't realize until we were home. Tried calling but it goes straight to voice-mail. Honestly I work hard for the money I get to spend, I'd just appreciate it if yall would deliver on your side of the deal. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with this franchise. They forgot to add cheese to our bagel and barely put any brisket.

Even though I'm not a coffee fan, I was craving a cup of coffee this morning on my way to work. So, my plan was to make a quick stop at McDonalds, but, I saw Einstein right next to where I was and decided to stop by and grab coffee there instead. I saw on the drive-thru menu the Avocado Toast, so I thought this would be a great way to start the day along with a cup of coffee. Now, when I see "toast" I imagine a toasted and warm bagel covered with avocado and can't wait to get to work to enjoy my breakfast. The disappointment was when I opened the box and find a COLD bagel covered with some avocado. I agree with some of the comments here, management needs to have a closer look at details, address them and follow up with the staff, specially when we as consumers have so many other options.

Coffee is bitter and not hot just warm.
