Einstein Bros. Bagels

Ordered coffee and burrito on mobile order. Went to pick up my order to see no burrito and when asked the worker told me they had none and had had left a note on the app. I left checked app no note was there and I did not receive refund so I got scammed out of $7 .

Great bagels every time.

Super long wait, (I’ll give them the benefits of the doubt as it’s Sunday at noon) toasted bagels cold by the time I got them. Not really toasted, coffee tastes terrible. Yup. That’s about it. 2 out of 5…that’s all I can give.

Horrible service. They never have burritos when that is the best thing in the menu. Unacceptable.

Gave it another try today. Unfortunately this location is still pretty slow. I get it's move in week for the college but 27 mins for two bagel sandwiches is a little much. Plus they weren't even warm. Flavor is good just don't go if you're in a hurry.

Coffee is ok. I've now had 2 different cold brews here. I've had better cold brews elsewhere, but they are drinkable. Bagels are great. Unfortunately the Einstein name doesn't mean much here. It is owned by BGSU dining- so forget about using rewards or the Einstein app. I will be back for Bagels when I feel like a bagel. We will get coffee somewhere else (Grounds For Thought, Flatlands, and even Starbucks is better, IMO). Without the benefit of the Einstein app, this is only really beneficial to BG students and their dining plan. What a shame.

This Einstein Bros. Bagels is on the Bowling Green College Campus. This Einstein appears to have students as the majority of employees. The employees are not concerned with customer service probably because the majority of customers are students. The store is small and can get very loud due to music and students trying to have conversations over music. I could not hear the cashier repeat my order and I could not hear the cahier answers my questions about the menu. I was skipped over 3 times before getting my order. The manager or morning supervisor did step in because she saw my order was getting skipped. However, no apology for the confusion by their staff. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be completed.
