Either they pay for good reviews or the people in Chicago have low standards for breakfast food. It was worse than an IHOP in terms of flavor. Literally nothing had flavor. I wouldn’t come back.
First time trying out the neighborhood spot. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was cozy and the food was absolutely amazing. Classic eggs Benedict and Coubtry eggs Benedict was absolutely divine. Will definitely be coming back to try our other items on the menu.
This was an amazing "Eggsperience" the Broadway sandwich was so delicious and our server gave us impeccable service. I don't know her name but, she was very polite and although stressed she held up very well. And, compliments to all your staff for such a nice cozy atmosphere.
It's not ideal when you have to flag down your server to take your order. The restaurant's management should consider additional training for their staff.
1st time at Eggsperience in Elmwood Park. Came in on a Saturday. I was surprised because it was not that crowded at all. Only a few tables had customers considering how many tables the restaurant has. The hostess sat us down. Waited 20+ minutes and no one came to our table to take our order. Watched 3 other tables get seated after coming in after us and a server came to take their order. I went to the hostess and let her know this. She said okay, would get someone. 5 minutes later what I presume was the manager came by and asked if anyone has came and served us. We said no and decided to just leave at this point. There was no apology from the hostess and manager/server/whoever the worker was either. I guess I found out why Eggsperience in Elmwood Park was not busy on a Saturday. It was not a good Eggsperience.
