EDWINS at Nighttown is the new home of EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides formerly incarcerated individuals with culinary training, job placement, and reentry support. Founded by Brandon Chrostowski in 2007, EDWINS has helped hundreds build successful careers in hospitality. Now in Cleveland Heights’ historic Nighttown, EDWINS offers elevated French brasserie cuisine, expertly crafted cocktails, and live music—all while supporting second chances.
