Edible Arrangements

Today is mother’s day. I could not be with my mother today so I ordered her a gift a WEEK in advance. Now listen I understand that today is mother’s day & it is unbelievably busy but if the store cannot keep up with the amount of orders coming in then they should not be taking on that amount of orders or at least give updates on what is happening. I got NO updates at all on my order (even when I tried to call multiple times & couldn’t get through to anyone.) besides at 6 PM, after refreshing the website all day long, saying that my order was FINALLY being worked on. I didn’t get an email or text or anything saying “today’s the day” “this is when you will receive your gift” “we are running a little late today” nothing. My mom was in bed when the gift finally arrived. She won’t even get to see the gift I got her on a day I just wanted her to feel special even in my absence. I will not be ordering from edible arrangements again.

I ordered a Mother's day Plate for my Mother try to call the store around 4 p.m. to see if they was going to deliver my order. No Answer, the machine said it was closed..I'm in NY and ordered over a week prior thinking she would get the order on Mother's day.. I get a email the next day explaining it's been delivered .. no explanation no hey we can't do it this day how is this day fine? As a Chef for a prestigious college .. customer service is a NO... no explanation no asking if I'm happy.. they could've ask me if I wanted a refund .. nothing .. just waisted money on a delivery that wasn't the date I asked for...smh never again

I got an edible arrangement which was nothing but rotten fruit. When I asked for them to take it back and issue a refund they did nothing about it. I guess they do not care about their customers or the fact of making sure fruit is fresh. I have never had an issue like this before. So obviously they have gone way down hill at this establishment. I will not recommend anyone shopping here, since they enjoy sending rotten fruit out to their customers...

My wife said the flowers were very pretty and the edibles were tasty. No vase or water though. Picture looked more like a symmetrical vase not a paper cone. I would have stuck a vase in her car if I would have known.

This place has not failed me in 10 years. Today they delivered at 7pm on Christmas eve! Thank you so much!

My sweet clients turned friends loved the arrangement I sent them from Edible Arrangements in Port Charlotte. One said it warmed his heart. Thank you for making their Christmas Eve more memorable!

My wife received the gift today but should have recieved it yesterday as a next day delivery. Of course instead of getting an "I Love You" balloon along with the extra "Happy Anniversary" Ballon with an extra cost, she recieved a "Happy Birthday" Ballon and the additional Anniversary! Great mistakes at her school as everyone asks who's birthday and Anniversary is was on the wrong day for both!!! How do we resolve this? (You can't)
