Edible Arrangements

Fernando provided excellent service for our first visit at Edible in the French Quarter.

I pre-ordered edible arrangement for Valentines and was so disappointed that it was not even delivered. I tried calling several times and no one was able to help or even give a response.

Don't order from Edible Arrangements, paid a lot of money for an order and never got it

My husband placed an order two weeks in advance and it did not get delivered. He called multiple times and no answer. Once answered employee stated “the driver forgot to deliver but you can pick up.” This location is not prepared for high volume orders. It should not accept multiple orders if they cannot confirm their delivery. 3-5 business days for a refund is insane especially considering it was their fault they couldn’t deliver. Disappointed is an understatement.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!. I pre-ordered from them for Valentine’s Day exactly 8 days ago, they had plenty of time to make and deliver my order or at least call me a day before to tell me they would not be able to make it. I called 10 times all throughout the day and they didn’t even pick up the phone once. I just called them this morning because I want a refund and they still can’t pick up the phone so I did it online and I couldn’t even do it because it needs to be requested??? I just want my money back. Their prices are too high to not be fulfilling orders to customers. If there was an option to leave no stars I would!!!

My son sends me one of this bouquets for my birthday!!! I eat it! I love it n it is always fresh and so yummy. My son lives out of town and they deliver to my job, on time and it's just a beautiful edible arrangement. I love it, I love it, I love it! And I eat it!!

I used to work for edible arrangements in California and I’ve used this location so many times ! They are honestly wonderful ! So sweet and u get what u paid for . Their arrangements are beautifully made ❤️
