Edible Arrangements

Placed an order on the 12th for delivery on valentine day. I work in the same office as my fiancé and everyone got flowers and even edible arrangements but hers did not come. She thought she wasn’t getting anything because of this. I spent an hour on the phone and did not get anyone. I drove to the location 1/2 hours from work and over an hour from home. The all star of the poor situation was Taylor who made my order on the spot and threw in some extras. This would have been a very poor review if not for her.

Ordered from Edible Arrangements in Kingston NY all the time. They are simply the best. Never had to correct after ordering. The service is so professional and they take the time to please. Will order again and again.

Wast of money! For a company that Guarantees same day delivery I waited until 230 to get an update on a delivery I placed the day prior only to be told it won’t get there until around 430. When I told them that’s to late and my wife wouldn’t be home I was told well our deliveries don’t revolve around you and that they won’t give me a refund. Will never use this joke of a company again.
