I placed this order at 9:10 am CT on 10/16/24, expecting for it to be delivered to the T-Mobile for Business Irving Customer Experience Center less than 15 minutes away before 5 pm. It is 8:46 pm and my order still has not been delivered. This was a Boss's Day order for the TFB Senior Manager! I placed the exact same order within minutes of each other for Senior Managers in Atlanta, GA, Chattanooga, TN, and several hours later for a Senior Director in Las Vegas, NV. All three of those orders were delivered before 5 pm CT. This is the second order I have placed this month from this location that I have experienced delivery issues. The order on 10/10/24 ended up being delivered to the recipient's house because they called him after 6 pm. I will NEVER order from this location again. If a T-Mobile for Business Regional Admin is receiving such poor customer service, I can't imagine the service that people are receiving on personal orders. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

If i could rate this place 0 stars I would. Customer service is terrible. Employees and management have NASTY attitudes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. I ordered a $80.00 basket to be delivered to my mother today for her birthday. This morning, her company advised me that they would be closing the office down at 2 so I called them to either have it delivered before then or to cancel the delivery. The employee rudely says I can reach out to the delivery driver or issue a store credit but I will not be able to refund you. I let her know that would not work for me and asked to speak to a manger. The manager was even ruder. She was snappy and after going back and forth with her I just hung the phone up and disputed the transaction with my bank. I do not want a store credit because I will NEVER do business here again, and if they think I am paying $80.00 for a product I did not receive, they've got the RIGHT one. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Throw the whole team of rude employees AWAY! Similar experience for my mother.
Website says they close at 7:00PM but they closed at 4:00 PM. I needed the order the same day. No indications on the website of the order being outside the operating hours. Tried calling several times to call and cancel with no one calling me back or a response. Called direct to the store and only received an auto message saying to leave your name and number. Left several voice mails and a call back number with no response. Tried canceling on the website with my order number and the website just never connects just spins.
This is the worst experience I ever had with a supposedly customer service business.
My friend just sent me edible arrangements basket from this location and it had literal bugs in it. And it’s been super difficult to get on the phone with them. This is disgusting

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Horrible customer service and my order never got delivered. It took me all day to reach anyone and she had a very nasty attitude. Don’t waste your time or money for this scam.

Ordered get well bucket with chocolate dipped strawberries for my daughter in law who was isolating while recovering from Covid 19.
Ordered a $200 arrangement for a friend whos mom passed away. Ordering was easy, delivery was on time, but i was appalled at what $200 got me. Ill let the picture speak for itself. I will never use Edible Arrangements ever again.
Received half of a birthday delivery on my birthday (January22) & half the next day. Driver only delivered a fruit arrangement on my birthday. Same driver returned next day with wilted, broken flowers that looked as if they'd been forgotten in his trunk (they probably had been!). He simply handed them to me; no apology or explanation. A random bag of stale popcorn was shoved into the flower bag. Luckily, I know how to arrange & care for flowers, and I was able to get them hydrated & looking decent. My son & girlfriend didn't order the popcorn, so we're assuming it may have been Edible's version of an apology. Considering what they charge, they can and SHOULD do much better. The two stars are credit for the quality of fruit (melons were really crunchy, though) & the flowers, which perked up after being mistreated.
As a career meeting & event planner, this location of Edible has been of great disappointment to me. We never know who our customer is! I won't use them for business or personal occasions & will NOT recommend using them; Irving, Texas store on Beltline Rd.
