This store is closed. Why they still keep their name and address on google !!!
it's 1217hrs, the sign states open, the web states they are open, however the store is closed! There is nothing on display/refrigerator.
I went to the store today to get a thank you basket for my neighbor and arrived at the store at 11:16 and the store was closed. The sign in the window and website both say they open at 9:00 am Monday through Friday. So tell me why at 11:16 on Monday the store is closed with the open sign flashing open. I than attempted to call and was on hold for a long time with an automatic message saying to hold they were assisting other customers than hung up on.

I’ve been on hold now for over 40 minutes trying to get an order delivered (that was supposed to be delivered on Valentina Day - 2 days ago!) that was attempted to be delivered a few hours ago. I don’t think this company has anyone answering the phones. It would be great if the person replying to all of these bad online reviews actually answered their phone to avoid these issues. Find someone else to order from because you will be disappointed by this company.
Tried two different times to come when their sign said open and no one was there. Waste of a trip
This location at Firewheel Mall in Garland is closed, no longer in business
They lied on their delivery
I wanted to buy some fruit baskets from their Garland, TX branch on Saturday, 11/19/2022. They were supposed to be open till 5pm. I got there at 4:20pm. The sign said "open" but they were actually closed. There was no one inside. That was a waste of a 30-minute round trip.
Edible Arrangements: please be open when the sign at your shop says "open".
I was pleased with the gift I received for my birthday, my 17yrs daughter spent her hard earned on money on a birthday box gift. The chocolate was very soft and wet at the bottom of strawberries. There was even juice from both pineapple and strawberries at the bottom of the cups. Chocolate was nasty, I can tell that if was not freshly done.I would brought it back but I had to attend a funeral out of town the next day. But I still have the fruit
arrangements . I will try to contact the store today. Hopefully my daughter can get her money back
Have come to this store many times during the posted business hours and they are never open. The sign is also flashing open but the door is always locked and no employees inside.
Terrible experience with this store. Placed an order to be delivered same day when the order didn’t show up by 5pm I called to check the status I was told residential orders are delivered up until 7pm. By 7:10 pm my order was still not delivered so I called back and of course it was closed. The next morning I called as soon as they opened since I never received a call notifying me of any changes regarding my order and I was told my order was going out first thing. By 1pm my order was still not delivered. I called again (customer service because the actual store doesn’t answer the phone) I was told it would be delivered by 3pm. Ridiculous!
Walked in at 4:40(granted they close at 5) and asked for an edible arrangement. 2 young girls eye me through the kitchen door and tell me they’re calling their family members. The main lady rushes out and almost hands me a bag as if i was picking something up.. i tell her “no it’s not mine i wanted to see if i can get an edible arrangement”… she gives me a frustrated sigh, looks down and looks back up at me and tells me they have no produce.. I don’t know if this is true or not but not a good experience from just walking in.
Ordered my wife something for valentine's day in advance only for it to not be delivered within their delivery frame for business hours. I called the location who fulfilled the order and it keep sending me straight to a service no longer available. Drove up to the place to understand what happened to the order to be greeted by a girl smoking outside. Once inside she told me that corporate shut of their phones so they couldn't take calls. I then was told my only option was a refund. How about refunding my time and gas it took to drive there? Edible Arrangements probably makes the most money on Valentine's day and can't even get that right. I was told they capped the orders correctly but just fell behind. Sounds like they can't run their business correctly. I will never buy from them again. Avoid all locations. Apparently both Garland and Rockwall were working together on this order and still couldn't get it right.
They never answer their phone
I’ve literally been Calling for 2days straight finally I just put in my order online and then I get a call from BRIAN saying he can’t deliver my order today cause the driver was in an accident yesterday but they can today. Now once again I’m trying to contact someone about my order and no pick up
I ordered my boyfriend an edible arrangement to be delivered on Monday and he ended up receiving someone else’s order that was meant to be delivered to a totally different city. I called the store 3 times the next morning to get the correct order delivered and was promised that the original order would be sent out that day. It is now Thursday and boyfriend still has not received his edible arrangement. I have tried calling the store twice since this morning and have heard from no one. I will never order from here again.
$50 cheesecake and chocolate dipped strawberry arrangement was ordered. No cheesecake so substituted 3 cookies and no extra strawberries that were supposed to be on the cheesecakes. The presentation looked like it was prepared by a toddler. They ultimately gave me a separate box of 6 strawberries but that didn’t change the horrible presentation of the gift I originally ordered. My overall experience was awful. Will never order from this location again!
