Edible Arrangements

I am very disappointed to have not had my order delivered yesterday (Valentine’s Day) and to have checked today and nothing has changed with the order status I am beyond livid! I have called numerous times with no luck of getting through to an associate and have left numerous voicemails. This is what you call unorganized and unprepared service! I want a full refund and will never again do business with this location of Edible Arrangements! Thanks for ruining my Valentine’s Day!

I purchased an arrangement as a surprise gift for Valentine's Day. It arrived late night at 10:30 p.m. and left outside. This isn't something that can be left outside. The fruit was moldy. I would've preferred they canceled the order if they couldn't deliver it at an appropriate time and without moldy fruit. It was embarrassing that a thoughtful gift was received that way. Just avoid this place altogether. Expensive and terrible service.

I never write a bad review but this was the worst purchase I made. I didn't get my full order and called customer service more than five times and the lady hung up on me and wouldn't let me finish my sentence. Very upsetting.

I contacted this location to see a time frame or when it will be delivered. Ive ordered from Maryland and even stores in Tennessee had great service. The lady was rude! I would never recommended this location. If you don't like your job please go elsewhere and work. I don't see how you can have an attitude from a simple question.
