Edible Arrangements

This place is absolute trash! Do not order from them! I ordered at 8am and called to cancel before the order was even being made. No one answered nor returned my multiple phone calls. Their website would not work for me to cancel or even change the delivery instructions. They delivered after the recipient had already left work and they said they would deliver today. I placed a complaint and received a nasty call from the manager saying my money will not be refunded because I didn't give a 24 hour notice. Even though I called multiple times before the order was even being made. The delivery driver has not delivered it today either. I was told they have until 5pm to deliver....here we are at 5 till 5 and still nothing. The manager who called was absolutely rude and refused to give me corporates number. I will never order from them again. I should have read the reviews before ever ordering from this joke of a business.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend who had just gotten home from the hospital. Maddie (the delivery driver) was amazing!! When she couldn’t find the address and the recipient wasn’t able to help her, she called me. I was able to find the address and she offered to drive there even though it was 15 minutes away from where she was. Ultimately, Maddie got the arrangement delivered!! She deserves a raise!

HORRIBLE customer service...order still hasn't been delivered. Nobody returns phone calls. Will never use again.

If I could do less than one star I would! Orderer yesterday morning for delivery today and it never showed up. They DO NOT answer the phone. I left 4 messages and a email with absolutely NO response. Save your money!

This store doesn’t answer the phone which is very annoying. I wanted to check my order status but couldn’t because they didn’t update it on the website. I ordered from a different state so if I didn’t call my friend and ask if anyone at her house got it I wouldn’t have known. It really messed up the surprise. Im upset the present couldn’t be a surprise but as long as it arrived it’s okay. Please start answering the phone!

I placed an order for delivery on Friday before Mothers Day & it still has not been delivered. This location was closest to my MIL so I ordered from them without reading reviews. The West Chester location is great!

If I could give this zero stars I would. No one answers the phone. I was sent an "edible" (not ) arrangement for my birthday 3/31/2023. The delivry was on my front porch on the ground in a box and it looked as if it had been dropped. It was taped together and all of the contents were smashed together. I would never eat what was delivered, We spend too much of our hard earned money on services that do not deliver. I've called customer service twice and I continue to get the same non resolutions. My friend has no idea the condition this delivery was received- she was excited about sending.

I ordered from this store on the website. The order was delivered two weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered today for Valentine’s Day. I spent $90 for a dipped bouquet and a bag of coffee for my boyfriend. Guess what was delivered? A regular bouquet and no coffee. I’ve called twice, no response, no effort to make it right. I want either my full delivery, or I want a refund. After I called the first time, I decided to wait and see. I should’ve gone into the store lmyself. I thought about trying their competition, but since I’ve never used that one, I decided to go with tried and true. Big mistake. It has gone to hell. DO NOT USE mostly EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS! Edit: Three hours after I posted this review, which was after I got the email saying my order had been delivered, the (mostly) correct order was delivered. It should not take a scathing review to get things made right. As good as the fruit is, Edible Arrangements has lost my business.

Terrible location. Called at 4:30 today to check in order. Was told it was a bad day and that they hadn’t even made the order yet. They also said they couldn’t guarantee delivery by the promised day. Absolutely ridiculous. Beware ordering from this store. Should be shut down. Edible Arrangements won’t take any responsibility. The blame falls back on the franchised stores. Terrible business practice.
