Please think twice about ordering here online. This place is the worst. It's literally a scam/fraud. I placed an order online and they never showed to my house. I have security camaras in my house and they never delivered anything plus I was there the whole day. Yet they had the nerve to post a red picture saying they delivered. I'm currently claiming it as fraud through my bank. Don't order anything if you want your money stolen. I also have proof of my camara during that day and proof of the order placement.

My experience with this store was horrible, I placed an order on February 6 for the Blooming Hearts with mug bundle, roses as well, on Valentines Day. However, NO ROSES were received, and I have been trying to call the store back and received no answer at all. I am very disgusted with this quality of service, I am still WAITING on a callback so I can get my refund. Never order from here! You're better off ordering from Safeway on DoorDash!! Messed up my entire valentines day gift!

Received a surprise order for the holidays and although the driver goofed up and gave me the wrong order we were able to get it fixed. Overall we were really impressed with the presentation, freshness, taste and overall fun. Would recommend ordering one for someone else or for ourselves although the platter was pretty large.

I placed an order for Edible Arrangements in celebration for my boss’ birthday on behalf of my work team. When we received the delivery today, I was very disappointed in the presentation of the fruit. We spent $69 for this particular arrangement and it DID NOT look like or even similar to what was displayed on the website. The quality of the product should match the price that you paid. I will never order from Edible Arrangements again I was very embarrassed by what my boss received as a birthday gift

Not good. Made a request for the morning, but was planned to be delivered through anytime in the morning, even as I was very close. How Doing this a surprise? If my partner would leave the place before receiving any arrangement. And the arrangement wasn’t a big deal
