Established in 2005 by Chef Erik Niel and wife Amanda, Easy Bistro & Bar makes you rethink a thing or two about Southern food. At our location in Chattanooga's West Village, we are proud to showcase a new space featuring a beautiful new Raw Bar & Hearth. Helmed by a two-time James Beard Award semifinalist (for Best Chef: Southeast nonetheless), the restaurant pulls from its Southern American and French roots and cooks with the seasons. That means farm-fresh and peak-season produce for everything, imbued with chef Erik Niel’s exacting technique, and beautiful plating.
