I went there with my family recently and had a special food request , asked to speak to head chef. Gonzallo was listening but not with his full attention then had to return food multiple times because didn’t follow requests. Asked for him again but this time he was disrespectful as if he didn’t have time for this. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Very friendly staff. Food, especially the Santa Fe Salad, was quite expensive. The gucina hand soap in the bathrooms are amazing

Was there on a business lunch with a new client. First time at this location. Food was good as always, service and atmosphere were great. I’ll be back.

Delicious!! Came here for a ladies brunch after a work meeting and had a lovely time. Waitress was very friendly, food was awesome. I was craving more as soon as I got home

We came to talk business surrounded by other patrons probably doing the same things during their lunch hour. I had the Ahi Tuna poke Bowl - delicious with greens instead of rice. My friend had the chicken burger - his favorite! Nehir ws a delight as she served, and waited, and checked in on us. I asked for a quieter table and table 15 was perfect!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Earls valentines with the in-laws, and I am compelled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience, thanks to the extraordinary service provided by the remarkable receptionist who also graciously served us. Her name was Tayler. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a her with a genuinely warm and friendly demeanor. What struck me most was her unparalleled politeness and the ease with which she accommodated our multiple table changes, despite my in-laws not being the easiest patrons. Her patience and understanding truly set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. It became evident that this receptionist was not just limited to her role at the front desk. What truly made our evening unforgettable was her willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did she handle our table changes without a fuss, but we also noticed her lending a helping hand to our waitress whenever it was needed. This collaborative effort amongst the staff was a testament to the tight-knit and supportive team. In addition to her exemplary professional skills, she added a delightful touch of humor to our dining experience. Making jokes with the father in law, who seldom laughs, was a feat in itself. Her ability to connect with patrons on a personal level demonstrated a rare combination of professionalism and genuine hospitality. It was evident that Tayler, I believe that is the correct spelling of her name, set an exemplary standard for service, not only by exceeding our expectations but also by serving as a supportive team player. Her commitment to ensuring a seamless dining experience for us, along with her contribution to the overall harmony of the restaurant, deserves special recognition. She was a shining example of exceptional service and hospitality. We eat at all of Earls from time to time but Tayler really stood out especially bearing in mind how busy it was that night. My father in law would have written this himself but he's not one for technology. Thanks again, Tayler, for that added warmth and laughter that accompanied the excellent food.

OH MY GOSH! Me and my family had the best time over at Earl’s last Saturday. I had this sangria. Oh my gosh, this sangria. Literally amazing. BEST PART? They’re on happy hour! Couldn’t be happier with the service. Everyone was really friendly!
