Love it best coffee in kc

Seems disorganized at times, we were in a long line with no one taking orders outside, I have seen them come outside it a lot colder days, it is 42 degrees with a light sprinkle. No one wants to go in the other line for the most part if there is just one line, MOST people are respectful and wait their turn. Today we had a lady try and cut in front of every one then got mad that no one who was here before her let her in. I get it that people want things done fast and not have to wait, but the lack of common courtesy means someone needs to either come out and take orders or close the other line if no one wants to come out. Just a thought.

Was just there and they informed me their machine was not working to make the freeze and it took a little extra longer but they were busy any way and i didn’t mind! 100% amazing service. Best service out of all the locations I’ve been to

The menu doesn't give you all the options. However, being my 1st visit, the girl taking my order was very helpful.

Passing through Independence Mo., stopped at this fairly new Dutch Bros. It is located near Menards and was easy to enter and exit without issue. Always enjoy a Dutch Bros Latte or Tea. Staff is very friendly.

I love Dutch Bros so much. I do wonder why at this location off blue parkway, why is the walk up window always closed? I typically find that when the drive through is extremely busy, the window is faster but I lose that option here. Not a huge deal but cost me some time every now and again.

Best coffee around!! Drove thru some snow and ice just to get me some coffee...always super friendly!!!
