Never a bad experience at Dutch Bros. We love them all. ❤️ We love them so much we have a friend on Etsy make us our own cup cozies.

Came on my birthday was terribly disappointed. The barista begrudgingly gave me a medium drink. She didn't ask if I wanted hot or cold and didn't even get a "happy birthday", I love Dutch but I won't be back to this one :( and when I got it, turns out she only gave me a small!!!

I don’t typically buy Dutch Bros. I feel there beans are burnt, but my daughter is addicted to their Sugar free, peppermint mocha & she likes it xtra hot so I’ve gotten coffee there a # of times this month. It’s never xtra hot, my Americano tastes burnt & the way the line works on Coburg is ridiculous.
