Worst Dunkin ever. Donuts are old and employees ignore customers. This place should be shut down and a new Dunkin should be built in the area.
No donuts and stale muffins at 1030am. Asked for my coffee to be made a specific way, and the lady laughed at me. Wouldnt come here again.
Manager was rude and unhelpful. I did a mobile order to this restaurant and got charged multiple times but apparently they did not see my order, even when confirmed on my phone the address was right and everything went through they refused to make my order.
I live nearby and have been walking here about once a week for the past year. The employees are always very kind and efficient. I usually place online pickup orders through the app, as do the majority of people who seem to come to this location. They can get VERY busy, so please be patient. The employees work very hard and will have your order out ASAP. If you place an online order and don't see it ready when you walk-in, just take a seat and wait a few minutes. My order has never been forgotten and rarely takes more than 5 minutes (unless it's incredibly busy, in which they will still be working as fast as possible). The employees manage to organize what is no doubt a chaotic intake of in-person and in-app orders; I'm always impressed that they do it so effectively and maintain nice customer service throughout.
Tried to call and ask a question. Called several times and the two times phone was answered I was just hung up on instantly
