Very enjoyable, and welcoming experience.
The Indian women that work there are not good at all with service and making orders , they will take mostly drive thru , and leave people standing at the counter , they give you food that has been sitting there for a while and they think it’s okay to just throw it at you like it’s nothing. Things have to change
Why don’t Dunkin teach its employees how to do a return. Ordered online only to get there and they don’t have the item and don’t know how to give me my money back. After about 15 mins back and forth. They tell me to take my receipt across the street to get my items. Then to get home after ordering a large hot chocolate to get home with a medium… where is the rest of my hot chocolate
Worst Dunkin in Boston area. Beware.
Worst Dunks around. Chicks working there are surly, slow, the order is always wrong. This Dunks used to be great. Must have changed hands. Go to the one across the street.
Oldest, grubbiest restaurant. Son stuck to men's room door as he opened it. Several friendly workers were standing around talking. Finally, one of them asked what order were we waiting on. When I said 2 ice creams, she told me she completed that order. I showed her my receipt and she apologized. Long wait, when we were only ones waiting at that point. Restaurant was dirty, needs updating, and service was slow. Food was good. Parking: Nearby strip mall to park in
The lines were long and I felt sorry for the one employee waiting on drive up and inside, cooking ,pouring, mixing and cashier. I gave her a nice tip but most didn't. Parking: It's at a gas station and I had to park at a pump and go inside. The drive up had 5 cars already so I went inside
Ordered hot chocolate and bacon and egg on a croissant. I received a coffee and bacon on a croissant with no egg.
