Croissant, hasbrowns, plain stuffed mini bagels were simply amazing.

This is the worst dunking in all of New York and Connecticut why u bagels always old like u got it for 10 years I try many times and it's the same thing and I don't like when u making breakfast you all be talking over people food thats nasty zero stars ain't going back tired im buying and throwing away things I buy from you working there

Customer Service was the worst I've experienced, from the MOD to the staff absolutely rude and disrespectful. You ask questions, and they do not respond or respond rudely. I do not recommend this location which is literally 3 mins drive from home. THE hashbrown, which are usually my favorite tasted like they are kept in a steamer, so they were hard as heck disgusting and definitely a practice that needs to be eliminated and made fresh like all the other locations. I went two days in a row and the customer service was worse today then yesterday and Bibi the person who gave me my order fit right in with the rest of the unpleasant staff. I asked her name just to leave a review. I hope that the store manager reads this and trains his staff that customers should be treated with at least a hello and not a frown.
