Dunkin'

Closes way before they are actually supposed to cause the person would rather fidget on their phone.

I have a love hate relationship with this location. Everytime I come my order is wrong or something is missing or there’s some sort of issue. The staff is always extremely apologetic and I keep coming back but it’s always the most mediocre Dunkin experience of my life. The only constant in my life (and at this Dunkin) are the stuffed bagel bites.

Very regular and bad service

Service is not good, and Thursday Clos 10pm but is not Service for 9pm coffee not fresh

Customer service is trash in here , food is hard, taking longer than expected . My wait time was an hour . Unacceptable

Dunkin’ Donuts is of course my top donut place across the entire globe. Their munchkins (small donut holes) are bursting with cream, frosting, glaze and other forms of deliciousness, their donuts are chewy and fluffy, their coffee is…well, decent, and their whipped cream is pretty nice, too. The service is okay - I wouldn’t say it’s the best. One of my servers couldn’t even speak English, and it was clear that they were not properly trained at all. The atmosphere is quite bright and cheery, however, in small spaces that they think are hidden from view are very dirty and grimy. Parking: If you park nearby (a few minutes away), then it’s easy to bring your car over. Kid-friendliness: It’s basically paradise for kids - make sure to take kids of all ages to enjoy a divine donut or a magnificent munchkin.
