Dunkin'

This is by far the best Dunkin in all of Shreveport/Bossier. My favorite drink is the seasonal Pink Velvet iced macchiato and there is this one girl who literally makes it perfect every time I come through. She is really short and wears a hoodie under her t-shirt but she is the nicest, most positive employee i’ve ever encountered anywhere. I keep forgetting to get her name, but if you see her, you know you’re going to get the best service and the best drink. Usually I only get Dunkin every once in awhile because I find that there are flavor inconsistencies. However, this girl is extremely consistent and I will continue to only go to this location from now on! Thanks for making my days!

Very nice employees

Nyia is my fav person she is so darn sweet and always welcomes me with a smile! And 90% of the time she is making my drink when I come in (I come at least twice a week if not more ) I just love her attitude she always puts a smile on my face! The other girl that works there I can’t remember her name but I believe her mom is the baker she is also amazing and her smile seriously lights the place up! I have never not seen a smile on her face even when they are busy and I no she probably wants to scream lol she always has a big smile and it makes me smile anyways the Dunkin on kings is my fav cuz it has my fav workers!!

This location was opened this morning, Dec. 26th, when I visited around 5:30 am. The store and the drive thru was not busy. When I went into the store, there were 3 other customers inside. Two had already been waited on and were waiting for their food. The guy in front of me and I was never acknowledged. After a long wait, his order was finally taken. Mine was not. After waiting more than 10 minutes without being acknowledged or helped, I left. I will not return to this location.
