Bad service. The store is always crowded, the online orders are prioritized over in store orders. The quality has gotten bad. The late I ordered today, the milk tasted burnt.

I was disappointed in how much this place has changed. Service used to be more professional. The atmosphere used to be clean. Barista arguing with a customer about why too much milk in coffee. Service with a smile, gone. Using the same gloves to prep food and touch counter open n close drawers. Not very cleanly. When I mentioned to the young man, he just shrugged it off. I hope they get better soon.
