Dunkin'

We stopped at 802 Lafayette Rd in Portsmouth to use the restroom and grab more coffee. We were waiting for the bathroom (Unisex and only one) for what seemed like forever. We finally made it in to see the previous patron was disgusting. He left a mess, a very disgusting one at that. The worker behind the counter took notice that we had been waiting. We were going to leave to go else where when she offered us the use of the employee bathroom. Some might think what's the big deal? Becky went above and beyond and gave me hope that the human species aren't all douche bags. Most employees wouldn't have cared enough to let us use their bathroom. A clean one at that. THANK YOU BECKY! You totally made my day!! I hope the management you work with appreciate your ethic.

This is the best Dunkin’ in the area. The team here are a step above, they are all very friendly and courteous. The management is excellent and it shows in every experience. The recent upgrade to the parking lot and drive through show that the franchise is making investments / improvements for the future. Keep it up and thank you so much. You are all very appreciated! *Update* 12/2023 I received my coffee in the drive went to put in my cup holder and lid popped off and coffee spilled all over center console. Naturally I pulled up and parked in the front, went in for some napkins and mentioned what happened to justify why I needed multiple napkins. Catherine was busy but took the time and was extremely kind and grabbed some large paper towels and brought them to me at my car, took the coffee cup and said come on back in and I’ll have another cup ready for you. 10/10, 5* and major thanks to Catherine.
