It is a good breakfast sandwich and the coffee is very good. $1 when you order a sandwich.

The food was good, but service could be better.

Image was so amazing. We could hear her smile through the speaker in the drive through and she was just as kind when we pulled up. Give this girl a raise asap because it is so hard to have that kind of amazing attitude in customer service these days. Especially with customers being so rude and staffing so thin. Image is the best <3

This is the BEST Dunkin' in Lakeland, hands down. The employees and manager provide OUTSTANDING service! I usually order the cafe con leche sweet (6 sugars) and a blueberry muffin, my go-to breakfast! Always delicious and perfect. The employees that handle the busy drive thru are quick, efficient and always friendly! This location definitely has the WOW factor! Excellent job everyone and keep up the excellent service!

I go to this drive thru daily or sometimes I go inside to order. Tonight, was different I pull thru the driveway around the building and I get to the menu to order and a gentleman immediately asked me, a Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher ? I immediately said, WOW you know me well , with ice water please. I would like to give Kudos to James at the drive thru window tonight for EXCELLENT Customer Service! Where else do you go where an employee treats you very well and remembers you?!? I give him 10 stars on a job well done !! What an Awesome employee!!!
