The evening staff dismissal attitude towards customers was borderline embarrassing and insulting.

Was told at a donut shop they didn't have but a few doughnuts

I normally pick up breakfast for my mom and I from the Winchester location in Memphis. This particular day I decided to order ahead using the mobile app. When I arrived the lady at on the drive thru speaker was terrible. She seemed to have a attitude and not really helpful. I told her my order and when I received it it was a total mess. The egg bites where just thrown in the bag as well as the chicken wrap and the food tasted so old. On top of that I was charged 0.80 cents for a small water. I saw one lady bring her food back to the walk up window. This was the worst experience from Dunkin' Donuts that I had ever received. I will not be going back to this location

Everytime I go to dunking I get a bacon egg and cheese croissant. For some reason everytime I go to this location they NEVER have croissants. It’s very disappointing because this is a convenient location for me but what good is it if I can’t ever order what I want?

Ordered a chai latte for someone who is lactose intolerant, so i specified that i wanted oat milk. She has now been in and out of the bathroom for multiple hours now because whoever took our order didnt listen, and her drink contained normal milk. Dietary restrictions: they dont care

Friendly employees and clean store.

My experience is hit or miss everytime at Dunkin. The employees this afternoon were both extremely rude. I understand working in food is stressful and sometimes the days are just terrible, I also work in food. But it’s EVERYTIME I go, specific employees are just hateful. There’s a few employees who I loveee seeing, but the ones today didn’t even treat us with ANY decency or kindness. If you hate your job so much that you can’t even be respectful to your customers, maybe it isn’t the job for you.

$5 for bacon snack this is all????

Got there when they opened at 0500 to pick up doughnuts for my office and security team. Also got a coffee and hashbrown for myself. The service was wonderful. The ladies were very pleasant and professional when dealing with my large take out order from the walk up window.
