Dunkin'

I went in to Dunkin Donuts today about 10:15am to get a coffee. I was the only person in line standing where they take orders. The employee behind the counter was leaning against the opposite counter facing me but looking at his phone completely ignoring me. I stood there for a minute looking at him thinking he’d look up to take my order or at least acknowledge me but never did. So I just walked out with nothing. Seriously? Ug. Horrible

Had a delicious breakfast sandwich and great cold brew with sweet foam- but all 5 stars go to the two employees working so hard to handle so many orders coming in online, and keeping quality high, despite rude and impatient customers.

Went here on a Saturday before noon - should have listened to my gut and went somewhere else. As soon as we pulled up, an employee was sitting on the curb (blocking a parking spot btw) on his phone with gloves still on 🤮. Walked in, it’s dirty and empty. The employees working were rude, never greeted and gave a look as to “why are you here.” There was extremely limited choices for being a Saturday. And after paying $7, got home and every single donut is hard and stale!!! So disappointed and will never go back.

This location rarely has many donut flavors, but I tried to swing by tonight for my daughter. We got there at 10-12 minutes before closing, the employee saw me pull in, made eye contact, then locked the door and hid in the back. He came out again and started mopping once I got back in my car. Staring at me the whole time. Seriously? I know it’s annoying to get a late customer, but I wasn’t going to ask for anything requiring heating up!

This Dunkin Donuts has some great refreshers, although they could definitely use more bacon-free options for breakfast. The roll-ups are ok. It personally feels more like a somewhat melted cheese on bread, and not really rolled-up. Service here is very hit or miss. I've had some servers give attitude, while others were really nice. Donuts are good too.

They do not honor specials, even off of their own menu board

My favorite ladies in the morning make me the best cup of coffee around! Always friendly, smiling and super fresh hot coffee.

I ordered ahead and when I arrived about 10 minutes later I wasn’t greeted and my order wasn’t ready. After having to get cat shirt guy’s attention I asked if he had an order for me. He then rudely said I’m working on it. While fixing another drink before mine even though I was the only person in there. On top of the horrendous customer service the bagel was tiny, not toasted and gross. I will not be returning to this DD.

WORST DUNKIN EVER! Consistent long wait times, rude employees, poor quality coffee. Go two minutes down the road to Vienna

Poor service, inconsistency in how everything’s made, one day it’s good the next it’s terrible. Hours on google are NOT accurate.

I’ve been to many Dunkin’s in many different states, but this one definitely takes the win as the WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. Not only are the staff rude, but my drink always ends up tasting like seawater whenever I order from this location. They never get my order right when I order mobile either. The most disappointing Dunkin experience every single time I go there. If this is the closest one to you, I suggest going somewhere else because, trust me, you’ll prefer quality over convenience.

Nice atmosphere and decor. Different from other Dunkin places I've been to. Fast service. Pleasant staff.

My friend and I have recently started coming to this Dunkin' Donuts as a weekly meetup, and each week the manager has warmly welcomed us in and asked questions to see how we're doing, he is very engaging and it's clear that he values quality service! The food and coffee is always delicious, and the one time that they got my order wrong, they quickly fixed it apologetically. My friend and I will definitely keep coming back! Seriously great service, and delicious food!

WORST DUNKIN EVER! I went here and this Indian guy was so rude! He saw me waiting in line, (i was the only person in line).. he didn't even say, I'm coming or I'll be there! Then when I ask him if I could get my order he was like.. look I'm alone in here I can't do to much.. like can they hiring more people

I went here and there was only 1 person and made excuses that he was alone when he made the coffee bad. The employee there was also rude. I was trying to make another order but kept on interupting me and made the drink I did not want. I will never come back and do not recommend going here.
