Dunkin'

I have been grabbing coffee from this place for several years. Every so often my coffee will be incorrect but for the most part, they do a nice, efficient, job.

Unbelievably rude staff. I am a very friendly person. The staff was so rude that I didnt even respond to it, I simply left. I then called the manager to let them know. The manager proceeded to tell me the staff was not rude. I've never left a bad review, as I am very easy going and forgiving. That, however, was simply the worst customer service I've ever experienced. 100% NEVER returning to this DD.

Employee cursed at me after notifying them about an order dissatisfaction.I want him fired. Never said that about anyone in the food industry, for I work within it, but his whole demenure in unexceptionable!!
