The workers were kind but my order was a mess. First drink was not what I ordered and the second to fix it was made with almond milk instead of oat milk and they likely used iced coffee for the macchiato since the color was wayyyy lighter than all other times I have ordered it. Come to open my food and the sandwich was a muffin instead of croissant. Usually I don’t specify, but totally my bad if you’re supposed to.
My local Dunkin is a staple of my walks around the neighborhood, quick and good service, all the Dunkin menu items, and they recently did a nice remodel of the space. They even have a drive thru which is rare for that part of Park St.
I love this dunkin' and it's the only one i visit in the city because the workers have always been kind and they have always made everything tasty. However, today I placed a mobile order at 11:10 am, I always show up around 4-5 minutes later and i'm totally okay waiting if its not ready because I know its not that much time. Well today I walked in like normal and saw my drink was ready and just needed to wait for my food, which is fine like I said I don't mind to wait because I know I just placed it a few minutes ago but usually its ready by then. Well today there was a worker I have never seen before on Mondays at 11am. I go there almost every Monday at 11. She was not very kind from the get go since she asked what I was waiting on, I politely said just my bakery items. She seemed bothered but told me it would be a wait where I was like sounds good thank you. Again, no issue until like 2 minutes later she very rudely tells me "It's going to be a while, go sit and we can call out your name", this caught me off guard so I just asked how much longer are you thinking. She then responded that they have cars wrapped around the building we have to deal with first (there was one car in the drive thru and only me in the store). Right after she said this the other employee who I recognized and has always been kind to me hands me the rest of my order. This honestly upset me and I don't see myself visiting very soon and would rather take myself to Starbucks only 2 minutes down the street who has never had any attitude with me.
All the staff was pleasant and attentive. Kiki made a great drink recommendation. Dining room could be a bit cleaner, but overall, they seem to do a great job.
Don't get to stop as often as I would like. Quality is ok, speed of service is ok. Employees are friendly, so makes you want to return.
Came to drive thru on lunch break and all I Wanted was something to drink with a little sugar being a diabetic. There was a Caucasian pale women at the drive thru window and she had a pretty bad attitude because I asked for a plastic folk and she had to walk her Gretchen from the cartoon recess lookin Az 6 feet to grab. I asked f9r no ice in drunk so she gave me half a cup of juice. She must of been having a bad morning so I forgive her
Coffee is the best. Crews ate courteous and efficient. My first cup every workday in Madison. Update for Spring 2024: still my favorite place to pick up a cup on my way into the office.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin, to start we went through the drive thru and we ordered are regular drinks. We had ordered two coffee which were both wrong, the first one we ordered cold foam on top of our medium coffee which we paid extra for and did not receive on the first drink. The first drink was also pure cream and no coffee it was un drinkable and was tossed right down the drain. The second drink was also messed up, a large butter pecan latte which was also all cream, and had Carmel in the bottom but to make it worse it wasn’t even all the way full it was also un drinkable and down the drain. When we approached the window the pay the worker had not spoken even one word to us or given us a receipt at the window. We called back to say what happened and how the drinks were all messed up when we spoke to a manger who not only was not friendly but also not helpful saying how she cannot help us unless a receipt could be given to her, but we weren’t given one at the window which we explained to her, which she then states how they are short staffed and that was why they messed up our drinks. Never going back disgrace to the best coffee franchise.
