I gave 3 stars on the food because it seems every time I ordered food, there is something off abt it. I ordered a grilled cheese yesterday. It was toasted on 1 side . I added bacon n it was paper thin literally n all 3 slices were piled in the middle of the sandwich. I ordered a bagel a few weeks ago, toasted with cream cheese on the side. I received a cold raw bagel with cream cheese ON the bagel. I checked my ticket 2 b sure it was ordered rite n yes the ticket said what I asked for, but someone apparently just didn't read it. The best 1 yet has 2 b the loaded hashbrowns. I paid $4 for 7 hashbrowns with a tiny amount of cheese n 1 piece of paper thin bacon torn into like 3 pcs all tossed into a bowl. U get more hashrounds from Hardee's for less money. Iv included pics for reference. When I get food that looks like this, I take pics becuz there have been several times that someone has questioned my honesty when I informed them of screw-up. I don't think many people would b any more happy than I was if they received this food. I really try not 2 complain becuz I know what it's like working in that atmosphere n understand things happen. I also dont particularly want 2 go back n most times can't go back 2 get what I originally ordered. Does anyone want 2 make 2 trips somewhere, just 2 get a correct order? I have called 2 nicely inform them of the screw-up n just suggest they pay closer attention. Of course, they take offense n say I can drive back a 2nd time n I tell them no thanks. The reply I got was, so what do u want me 2 do abt it? I just want someone 2 pay closer attention Otherwise, I do like n appreciate the app. I like the drinks n being able 2 order n pay ahead on the app. It makes things ez'r n in some ways faster. This is just my experience, n my opinion. When it comes 2 I have 2 b honest n say Krispy Kreme is hard 2 beat, especially with the hot off the roller donuts
