Great donuts, and fresh

Run down. Sausage egg and cheese flat cold and tasted sour like it was past the expiration date. Donut was cold like it was next to it in a freezer. This has been the first time in 20+ years coming to this chain and it will be last. Spend almost 20 dollar on food to spit out the first bite and just throw it directly into the trash. The only thing this place is good for is if you want to waist money.

I ordered an iced latte, a plain bagel and an everything bagel on Uber eats. The latte is practically flavored milk and they gave me another everything bagel instead of the plain bagel without consulting with me.

I ordered a cold brew with sweet cold foam + vanilla and it just tasted like plain coffee with cream in it and the caramel craze signature latte also had almost no flavor. The sausage inside of the kolache I ordered was actually cold still as well. This may be the worst Dunkin in the entire area which is unfortunate because of how central its location is - hoping it was just a fluke but this isn't the first time I've encountered problems at this location albeit never anything close to the issues I had today.
