My order was completely wrong very disappointed

Associates who took my order (name on the receipt says Terry) was beyond rude and looks like she needs a break because as soon as try to order my drink she cuts me off and says they out and they out of that latte along with another (so 2 out of the 3 signature lattes) so I order the one your not out of, when she repeats it she says something different so I say no, the signature latte your not out of. Then I heard the attitude and ignorance come out, she is short with answers and when I get my drink handed to me I get told here is your latte we are not out of with no smile just straight ugly face attitude with a eye roll to top it off. Jeeeeze I didn't ask for this attitude with my pick me up treat I wanted but settled for what was available. I would understand if I started with attitude but nope I was cut off from the start, then it was worse from there. Won't be back to this location on the weekends seems its a kid working the weekends. ☆

Staff very aggressive and rude.. coffee not fresh

Shout out to the two ladies working Dec. 29th at 11:30am! Y'all need to give them a big pay raise! The lady with curly dark hair doing drive thru and the one making drinks went above and beyond. Best service we've ever had at any Dunkin ever. Made our day. Everything was on point also! Yum.

Absolutely wonderful. The staff was great, nice and efficient. The food was delicious. This was our last breakfast of 2023 and it was an awesome way to end the year.
