Dunkin'

Non- existent customer service in drive through. What little interaction is offered is rude. As she handed my bag to me I said "thank you" to which she made a face a d reluctantly said your welcome with an eye roll. Got to work to find my order was wrong and my UN sweet tea had sugar. 0/10

This place is a hot mess. The staff are almost always rude and seem miserable with their lives. Anything you order takes forever to make and they are always out of donuts. I only continue to go here because it’s on my daily route. If there was another dunkin near my house, I’d probably never come back

Which I can give 0 starts! The the war rude! He said what do you want I gave my order 3 time then they kept saying we out of that?! No sign to inform me that! And it took 30 mins just for two drinks! After waiting 10 mins in the DT and gave my Oder 3 times to two different people

Clean place, people are nice and food and coffee was good 👍

For the most part this place is spot on, but when I’m sitting at the drive thru waiting over 5 mins to order my coffee, that’s a little ridiculous. I had to repeat myself three times because the kid was in the middle of a conversation with the lady in front of me. Finally when I pull up, I sit there for another 3 mins while they finish their conversation and I started yelling. Then he grabs my coffee, sets it in the window and walks away.. I finally had to ask the young lady that was working to please give me my coffee. That kid need to learn some customer service, bad.. this was the evening shift which is usually great with the exception of that guy. You need to teach these kids how to deal with customers and not act like idiots..

The inside was not open not the foods was great none the less

After coming to this Dunkin infrequently for a couple of years I can confidently say that everytime I go I'm reminded of why I don't come often. This time having to remind them I needed something, as if I'm being an inconvenience by being there, and having the window shut in my face without another word only to realize they hadn't even given me straws. Really leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

any time I come here they always forget something and then they take really long to get people through the line, just waited 20 minutes for a sweet tea cold hash browns and no donut after i did a pickup order. the manager lady is always nice n helpful but the rest of her workers are slow.

Horrible staff, rude and inefficient. When you call corporate to complain local restaurant manager doesn't even bother to to follow up.

I was going to go get Dunkin and I wanted to go through the drive through and they told me they aren’t taking orders through the drive through. I’m so disappointed and angry with this service.

Clean and fast service

Ive been coming here a while and from time to time have issues but the last two days have been given the wrong drink even though what’s on the sticker is accurate. Was advised to not go to this one so I may need to find another location to frequent.

I would have put no stars....Waited in drive thru for 30 mins...what A joke. Whoever is managing this Dunkin should be fired..look at all the reviews..this place needs some major help. Who let it get this bad..and they forgot my donut messed up our coffee. What a nightmare I hope nobody else experiences but I'm sure they will as long as those doors are open

Drive through got our order wrong after repeating it twice. The location is understaffed and does not represent the dunkin that I have loved my whole life.
