Got ice cream!! We live this quiet spot to " chill" out.
I go here often due to it being right down the road from school. I always clarify my order at the end, because most of the time they don't, and they have messed it up each time I've come through the drive thru. I tried to call the building and she put me on "hold" but hung up on me and never called back. The management needs to fix their team, I'm tired of being charged for items I never receive - and receiving the wrong items.
Best service in the area. No hassle for light/no ice.

They consistently get my drink wrong, but that's not too much of an issue, honestly. I prefer this location to the other one in town by a wide margin.
Iced coffee just the way we like it.
Worst dunkin doughnuts I've ever been to. I drank disgusting sugar water 10 times AT LEAST. Management is a joke and needs to figure it out before charging 10+ dollars for absolutely HORRIBLE coffee. Also, their bagels are cold. Saying this establishment was a disappointment would be the biggest understatement I could add. Get it together OR make it right if you're going to run a business. Also, the lady "manager" sucks. Inwaited 20 minutes for my order and they forgot to bring it out to me and they were cold...food sucked. I went in there and told them tonlearn how to run a business.
Staff looked at line forming and continued conversation between themselves. Never acknowledged or said, "Be right with you". Finally ordered and waited 20 minutes for 1 donut.
Management needs some coaching. I come there place isn't that busy and there are at minimum a total of 4 people working, great this will be fast. Manager on duty is standing there and pricing out sheets to hang up on drinks, 1 is handling drive thru another one is at front register, the other ran to the bathroom. Front register employee stood there watching the manager vs making the person in front of me coffee. relying instead on the person running drive thru to do it. The drinks sat there because front register employee didn't walk the few steps over to get the drinks and drive thru employee got busy helping drive thru and cleaning. Then when it's my turn I say what I want and had to be asked several times was it this? It was a simple order 2 double chocolate donuts, 1 coffee flavored muffin, 2 large black coffees. after getting the donuts, yet again doesn't even make a move to get the coffees, instead stands there watching the manger on duty price signs and attempts to help them. You have customers in the lobby, the manager didn't ask for their help. Although the manger didn't even say you have a customer please take care of them first. Instead, let them stand there and watch.
the ordering from the warehouse on the amount of donuts on a weekend is pretty darn sad. When at 10am on a Sunday there's a choice of 4 donuts and the majority of the racks are empty, how are you suppose to get through the rest of the day? Needless to say I'll go to Kwik Trip next time for coffee and donuts at least then I only wait on myself.

The croissant sandwich was a bit too crispy. It was ok. The coffee however was wayyyyyy better. Makes sense since they are known for their coffee and donuts, not croissant sandwiches.
If you go through the drive thru the service is great, but if you go inside, in the afternoon, you will be waiting for at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. I was the only one inside, and of the 4 people working no one even greeted me until whom I am assuming was the manager walked out and noticed me. That was disappointing for sure, but I do love their Cocoa Mocha latte.
