Staff is always friendly and service is always fast.
I went there many times for almost 5 years since my daughter was born. There always gave us free munchkins for my daughter and sometimes I pay for it from drive-thru. I haven't stop by there for long time so I decided to stop by there for my daughter's favorite munchkins. I was about to order munchkins however they said can't order on the drive-thru and you must get inside. I told them I cannot because of I am rush for my daughter go school. They said they are sorry. My daughter was sad because she remember that place since she was baby. That's why I decided not to stop by there ever again. Pretty disappointed!
It was great and in my opinion (everyone in my family disagrees) the maple donuts are absolutely DELICIOUS and EVERYONE disagrees
Dunkin on Merrill used to be the quickest and most accurate, now not so much. How hard is to give me a untoasted bagel? 1. Came toasted, then, have a replacement that was hard as a rock. How hard is it... Really hard for a plain bagel and really hard to get good service. I'm going in there tomorrow to get me money back in the way of a coffee. Then I'm done with them.
I come to this Dunkin' Donuts 4 to 5 times a week never have I ever been treated so poorly, I do not believe I will return back to this location i will take the extra drive to another location!!!! . I went through the drive-thru this morning ordered my usual bacon egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese on each side of the bagel. I pull thru after receiving my order double check things and the order is wrong. I park my car go inside explain to the lady with the pink hair what's happen and she says oh whats the problem. I said ma'am my order is wrong and explained it to her the 2nd time and she still wasn't understanding why my order was wrong she goes to the back comes back ask for the bag I give her the bag she goes back to the back and I go and sit to wait patiently. After sitting for a while the lady with the pink hair kept staring at me rolling her eyes at me so at this point I'm getting a little upset so I continue to sit waiting for my food they never bring it out to me finally another young lady who knew i was a regular ask me what I'm waiting for I stand up walk to tell her and there all talking looks around and realized I never received my fresh order back I still receive no apology in regards to what just happen. So i asked u mean to tell me you have to make it all over again. So i ask for a refund and the lady starts my refund needs my debit card i stated i didn't have it I have to walk to the car so I go get my card come back and I go to put my card in and I ask is the full refund of the food She says yes I tell her the food that was ordered and she fixes it to add the remaing food as she wasn't refunding all the food for me. So while she is finishing the refund I tell her I would not had a problem if she was standing here rolling her eyes at me as if i wasn't a paying customer I have never had anyone from dunkin treat me this away. So after all this all the employees was like were short staffed this and that but that was not the case.
