BASKIN ROBBINS ICE CREAM & Dunkin Donuts are together at this location. The ICE CREAM is "over the top", the best of the best!! However, it is too expensive. . It was unbelievable how many different FLAVORS they offer!! They definitely have the best tasting ICE Cream I have ever had! The scoops of ICE Cream were large as well. Their ICE Cream is ADDICTING !! Under " what dishes do you recommend", I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT ICE CREAM IS "NOT" EVEN LISTED!!!...what a big mistake!!

Ordered iced matcha, got an iced macchiato, was told “you said macchiato” and forced to keep it. Shaniah no, you guys need to be fired.

Drive through is extremely slow, mean while nobody was in their line. We sat for 15 min until we got tired of waiting and went inside.. went inside to a young lady named (Naya) spinning in a chair eating ice cream out the containers thats under the glass mean while stating that she hopes the blender breaks.. if this is the kind of employees that they have at their establishment I definitely wouldn't go here to spend my hard-earned money. I won't be back and if their employee doesn't want her job I will gladly take it.

They should have left this location closed. I ordered in the app, a large iced coffee and the donut skewer. They gave me 3 plain balls in a bag and a medium hot coffee. After correcting they gave me a large iced coffee in a hot cup. This was hot coffee thrown with ice. It was basically water. My toddler was PISSED about the lack of multi flavored donut skewer. So thanks for that. We took it all back inside and asked for a refund because i don’t think they know what is going on & they said no?! You can try to get one on the app. Excuse me? Two teens working that obviously NEED an actual adult to supervise. This location has always been a problem. Get rid of it or at least get rid of the entire staff. Every time I give it a chance because its a minute from my house I end up pissed off. This is ridiculous. Its not hard. I have been a barista. These people seem to do it on purpose.

Just close this location . They are out of donuts at 7 pm and this is not the first time . The few donuts they have left don’t taste good either
