Coffee made all wrong, instead of remaking it, she gave it to me to me to correct. If you don’t like your job, don’t take it out on the customers. Rude for absolutely no reason, then want to charge extra for something they should have done right when I ordered the first time. Prices have gone up, service has gone down. Grown adults working and acting like teenagers in a fast food establishment. Make it Make Sense. Do better, please! We work hard for our money!
Hit or miss on great customer service experience. Some mornings they don't want to be there. Update: A year later its worse- go to Starbucks or just make your coffee at home!!!!! Tried again... why do I do this to myself! I have my own Kuerig!! Chile made the mistake to patron again and these mfs dont like that I like coffee. The ugly nestle facedmf was mad I ordered 3 things... this bih made her ugly face uglier... she threatened me for aaking for a jelly...they hate you DD and they are the reason this store and the airpt will be closed.. enjoy misery
