Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited in the drive thru behind 5 other cars and it took 40 minutes to get to the window and get my singular iced coffee that I mobile ordered. There is a curb so you can't leave the drive thru once you're in it. Workers were rude and looked like they do meth. My coffee was fully separated by the time I got it because of how long it was sitting there waiting. No excuses, this place is terrible.

Absolutely horrible location! They fail to acknowledge you when you pull up to the drive thru and then when you get to the window to pay the service is even worse. Rather than a pleasant interaction I was received with a blank stare, given crappy coffee that was not made correctly and then as I waited for the rest of my order I was told what was I waiting on and I asked for my food and the employee proceeded to catch an attitude. Top it off when I got home, my empanada definitely did not have bacon egg and cheese. It was empty and cold and my coffee tasted worse than gas station coffee. Absolutely pathetic establishment and employees.

this location does not offer mobile ordering, or inside ordering. Worst location in the triad.

This place is so horribly ran. I waited for 18 minutes for a bagel toasted with light cream cheese and an iced coffee with cold foam. Bagel was stuffed with cream cheese and cold in the middle. Was barely toasted. Cold foam coffee looked like trash. And waiting for 18 minutes was a waste of my time. I want a refund asap

No ice cream menu in drive thru.

Horrible service. Nice employees but completely unorganized. Won't be back until it's ran well
