Slowest dunkin I've ever been to. Walk in and they just ignore you. Never coming back.
I spent almost $100 on two box of Jo’s and 2 Dozen donuts on my companies morning brew, I did not get a welcoming feeling the crew seemed as if they didn’t want to work and when I as well as other customers placed orders the front counter girl that was making drinks gave a smirk and and attitude towards the amount I ordered she looked annoyed that she had to make the order to make it worse my staff only got half a Jo full and ten bags of tea for $25 each Jo this is the most expensive tea I ever purchased I will never go to this location again and will make sure my company avoids it as well. I feel if you don’t like your job find something else customer service means making sure your customer walks out happy and satisfied with the service you are providing for the company that is paying to to be a customer service representative
It's clean and the food is great but the service is so slow its ridiculous
Twice this week, I visited this location. My first visit I placed a mobile order and two items were missing from my order. I didn’t complain or turn back because I had to get my son to school. The older woman who greeted us at the woman was very pleasant and cheerful! This morning when I went I paid cash $6.45. I ordered a hot cocoa and a donut and the total was $6.42. The cashier came back as I was leaving and said I owed her $.42. I was confused and asked did she have the quarter and two dimes. She began raising her voice to me and saying that I was going to be talked to how I spoke to her. Not once did I raise my voice!! Not once was my tone rude, I was simply asking how I was short seeing as I had given more than what was due. This younger cashier was disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and out of line!! I will never return here!!
