Anytime I go to this location I always get great service, today I ordered through uber eats. I called to see if the had a certain item in another flavor the lady I spoke with said yes I told her I was placing an order and it doesn't give me the option for the the other one, that when the order comes in if I could have the other option she said yes. I just got my order and everything was perfect. Thank you so much. ( I even had a straw for my iced coffee)
2nd time money was stole from me.. I'm a daily customer of this Dunkin Donuts today I went to order my daily $2.75 coffee and $16.77 was taking off my card. I call an ask for manager an explained what happened an was told to come in. Employees called me a liar and told me they called the police on me. I asked the employee name twice she refused to give it to me. Also insulting me by saying "can't I read" with her back to me. Also refusing to give me corporate or manager number. After waiting becuz I was told a manager will be there in 15 minutes then turned to a hour. I ended up getting manager number thinking as a loyal customer he will be understanding. The manager told me he's off work come tomorrow showing no compassion for the issue. And hung up. I called back and basically begged this guy to listen. His stands stayed the same. I felt like a victim with no options. And I refuse to be that.
