Dunkin'

This place has absolutely ZERO respect for their customers. The employees are very rude, and they get orders wrong all the time. The drive through line takes 20-30 minutes with just a few cars in line. They frequently lock the front doors so nobody can go inside(probably because they dont want to deal with everybody coming inside to complain). The MANAGER rolled her eyes and had an attitude when I said that my order was wrong and they charged my card for hashbrowns I did not order or receive. I have seen employees handling food with no gloves,an employee with dog hair all over his sweatshirt, employee smoking cigarette right next to the drive through line. Horrible standards here. This place needs to shut down because management doesn't even care to fix anything. It's been like this for MONTHS, probably over a year it's been going downhill. After all the complaints NOTHING CHANGES. They truly don't care.

if you can go to any location, DONT go to this one. I came up here and ordered some food, the bread on my sandwich was literally microwaved instead of toasted. on top of that, i received the entirely wrong order , and as we asked to be accommodated for getting the wrong food , on top of waiting for it, the manager was rude . customer service is completely unacceptable & they need to be held accountable .

The new manager at this Dunkin’ Donuts really sucks. I hate that they put her hair. She has no compassion. She does not care for people and she has a nasty attitude. Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts she says something different one time I came to the Dunkin’ Donuts I didn’t stop at the drive-through, I went straight up to the window because I placed my order for pick up. She says that I have to stop at the window and let them know that I am here so they can start to make my order now I stop at the window today and let them know that I was here. They said OK it took a while to get to the front at least 20 minutes and this is how my drink look so I asked her why did it look like that and I just stopped at the window she said they start making it as soon as I placed the order so that’s kind of contradicting what she originally told me there is no order I do not like her I see a lot of the people that have been there have quit and are no longer working there and I can see why please change Management because this lady is making this workplace stressful. There are all new faces there which lets me know that the team that has been there must have quit that’s how long I have been going to the same Dunkin’ Donuts for at least a year now and this new manager is the worst , if I could give this zero stars I would because of her

The absolute WORST Dunkin in Greensboro. They never have all of the different items to complete my order. ( Imagine a donut shop running out of donuts at 2pm.) Driving to this restaurant with the hopes of leaving satisfied is a very big risk. And on top of that you would think the staff consists of unsupervised children running around a daycare. With these habits it’s apparent that this store isn’t being managed properly. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!

I converted my points over for a large cold brew with the sweet cream foam on top. I asked for light ice, and I was given a large cup with no ice. The woman at the drive thru refused to fix it, so I told her to get the manager. Thankfully it was a Sista lol, she understood the assignment…still doesn’t make since why she thought I was going to be ok with that (photo)

Tried to go through drive thru but no one would take my order so I had to go in to get my order

J & Caris were super sweet and helpful, I’m a Starbucks girly but I’ll be back specifically because Caris made me the best drink I’ve ever had . Xoxo

Drive thru card machine was down. Went inside and while we were waiting to order the workers were speaking loudly about how they can’t wait to quit. Store was extremely dirty. The younger girl who ran the front was consistently dropping items on the floor. After we ordered 2 large Caramel craze lattes we waited 20 minutes and the girl who took our order asked us what we ordered and what size. (There was only one other customer inside who arrived 5 minutes after we did.) 10 minutes later we got our drinks. One tasted like milk and caramel, the other tasted like sour coffee. We didn’t bother to have them remade because clearly the two girls working did not want to be there and we didn’t want to trouble them. Next time we will drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the other location.
