Black Friday, at 8:10pm. They are literally closing 1hr ahead of time... like close the stupid place down if the employees don't care to work! They don't do French cruller, they said. Really!? Just close it and fire everyone. No coffee, either. Are you serious?
I stood at the counter on November 26 at 7pm for over ten minutes waiting on someone to come to the counter to serve me. After no one came I just left. I could hear people in the back of the store but no one came out to help me. I wish I had a better experience.
This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I’d ever been to. Customer service? No idea what that is when you come to this Dunkin.
Stood in line for 15 minutes cashier didn’t even acknowledge me being in the store, poor customer service will not be eating here anymore
I bought a coffee roll and a apple fritter on 6/5/21 ate the coffee roll yesterday 1st and it was fine then this morning I started to eat the apple fritter got through half of it b4 I found a long hair in it in my mouth and now I'm turned off to the doughnuts I will buy the iced tea, but not the doughnuts
This location (which is located inside the Walmart) doesn't open until 7:30, I tend to get to Walmart for various things well before 7:30, so I would get coffee here in the morning when I arrive if they were open earlier. I imagine they must lose quite a lot of business because of this. Walmart employees would most likely purchase their morning coffee here too but probably go to nearby Wawa out Sheetz instead, which is what I do.
